| Key Responsibilities · To supervise in the maintenance of the general administration. ·To supervise and assist in the preparation of monthly reports/ expenses statements and reports to be supplied to management within prescribed time limits. · To recommend improvements in policies and procedures to effectuate better records and operations. · To maintain internal control procedures in accordance with established policies. · To perform special assignments as required for management. · Manage all special functions/ meetings. · Manage Office equipments, household furniture, appliances, rental of vehicles for the use of the staff, telephone exchange, fax machine, Photo Copier etc. to assure that it meets the company's policies and procedures. · Legal matters other than Employees Relations. · Contractual matters related to security, Janitorial Services and Essential Services. · Complete functioning of Office lunch time arrangements.
