You will coordinate the activities of all sales staff , in order to provide market coverage to meet the needs of both local and visiting members, and thereby generate SE discount revenue to achieve annual targets whilst promoting the company and corporate products to major Clients, and achieving the overall company’s objectives.
Principal Accountabilities
- Identify, researches, and makes effective sales presentations to potential establishments on selective basis based on the guidelines set by the Company.;
- Assists in the implementation of marketing support programmes and joint activities with SE s in order to promote business, member spend, generate brand awareness.;
- Undertakes regular calls/ visits based on pre-planned daily/weekly schedules in order to ensure delivery of quality service thereby satisfying the needs and requirements of our customers.
- Ensures that stock of sales materials are available at all times.
- Ensures that Take One application forms are displayed at all times in major re-supplies as and when necessary.
- Maintains good relationship with the management and staff of the Representative Office in order to build a strong team spirit.
- Ensure that Front line Officer’s perform their duty based on guidelines set by the company.
- Directs Sales Executives and Sales Representative to ensure that they carry out their duties in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
- Develops and trains Sales Executives and Sales Representative to become entry-level Territory Managers as when opportunities arise.
- Professional skills and in-depth knowledge of sales techniques.
- Detailed product knowledge, sales administration, marketing objectives and programmes
- Through knowledge of companys products versus competitors products.
- Ability to plan, produce quarterly sales plans and complete administration paperwork within a pre-set deadline
- Persuasive abilities and professional salesmanship and sales techniques
- Good planning and organization skills.
- Regular contact with establishment services personnel, customer services, and marketing team.
- Regular contact with different departments in head office.

- Regular contact with Head office for all servicing issues, maintaining and developing relationship

- Regular contact with Bank’s maintaining relationship and exploring new opportunities.
- To achieve sales objective with key hold outs designated top 50 Establishment requires detailed research to collate establishment information and involves relating to and identifying benefits.
- Recommend appropriate actions to secure the signing of key hold outs
- Initiate cancellation of accounts who are inactive, due suppressing, surcharge or have an unacceptable fraud ratio.
- Identify, screen, and approach establishment for signing up based on company’s quality guidelines.
- Sign up establishment agreement on behalf of the company based on approved discount pricing structure.
- Nominate for inclusion in marketing activities/programmes
