A leading Oil and Gas company is looking for a Leader for their Slinkline Operations.

• Under broad direction, performs some of the functions of a Service Coordinator in addition to responsibilities of a Service Supervisor.
• Primary Job focus is interacting with customers and spervising the activities of Slickline service and/or shop personnel to exceed customer requirements.
• May oversea the activities of more than one PSL. Job emphasise is on personnel development, operational excellence and customer satisfaction for long term growth and profitability of incumbent||s area of responsibilty.
• May provide facilities management
• Mentors assesses Slickline Service Supervisors, Service Operators and Assistance.
• Ensure that customer satisfaction and job performance data is gathered
• Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness

The ideal candidate must have the following profile:

• BA in Petroleum Engineering
• 5 plus years experience within a similar role.
