Our client is currently looking for a Director of Process and Change Management to Manage, co-ordinate activities aiming to enhance the work order Automation process.

Role

  • Develop an end to end plan for the enhancement of cross functional Work Order Automation process
  • Review on-going and planned WO enhancement plans/programs
  • Coordinate Implementation of system fixes and enhancements
  • Execution of trials relating to WO and Data Reconciliation
  • Service and Network Modelling
  • Coordinate design and implementation of a   tools covering all tools and services
  • Coordinate design and Implementation of a customer experience tools

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant work experience with at least 3-5 years of Telecommunications industry experience, preferably in a process management & development role
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Telecommunication
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Telecommunications processes:
  • Commercial / operational processes – relating to Service Assurance / Work ,
  • Technical – relating to the entire Telecommunication Network and IT landscape (Mobile and Fixed networks, OSS / BSS, billing systems, CRM, Order Management, reporting, etc).
  • 6+ years experience in telecom with a proven track record in successfully launching and managing telecom services. At least 3 years experience within operations, design, engineering and planning groups. 
  • Good understanding of service Assurance  principles, Work Order Management process
