Our client is currently looking for a Technology Excellence PMO to join their team, this person will be brought onto program manage, monitor and control the project/programs in line with the Technology Excellence program scope and objectives.

Role

• Scope management – defining scope statement, create a structure and describe work packages to meet the Program objective
• Resource management and plan
• Performance of program planning – Master and milestone plan, work break down structure, quality , risks and reporting Risk Management
• Supervision, monitoring and control

The role is supposed to provide program management ,decision support, documents and presentations that will enable Technology Excellence Program to achieve its objective relating to the network improvement , WO Automation and Service Assurance and other initiatives relating to the program.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant work experience with at least 3-5 years of Telecommunications industry experience, preferably in a process management & development role
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Telecommunication
• Demonstrable knowledge of Telecommunications processes:
• Commercial / operational processes – relating to Service Assurance / Work
• Technical – relating to the entire Telecommunication Network and IT landscape (Mobile and Fixed networks, OSS / BSS, billing systems, CRM, Order Management, reporting, etc).
• 6+ years experience in telecom with a proven track record in successfully launching and managing telecom services. At least 3 years experience within operations, design, engineering and planning groups. 
• Good understanding of service Assurance  principles, Work Order Management process
