Our client is seeking a Senior Process Manager to lead the network improvement for ITIL and eTOM. This person will Review, Assess and consolidate all network improvement projects in relation to customer experience program.


Role

  • Develop an end to end plan for the network improvement plan and have a process defined
  • Review ongoing and planned network improvement plans
  • Assessment of existing programs and Processes to determine gaps in QoS and QoE for both Mobile and Fixed services
  • Interact with the cross functional groups to align on the CEP initiative and requirements  and defining a plan to achieve them


Responsibilities

  • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in Telecom industry, preferably 4-5 years in the network performance management role and also 2-3 years contracting/consulting background
  • Good understanding of Mobile and Fixed Network projects/areas – Network planning, Optimisation, Performance management
  • Engineering Degree in Electronics/Telecommunications.
  • 6+ years experience in telecom with a proven track record in successfully launching and managing telecom services. At least 3 years experience within operations, design, engineering and planning groups. 
  • Good understanding of service quality management principles and KPIs for monitoring  the network QoS and customer QoE using Service Assurance tools e.g. passive probes
  • Good understanding of the GSM/GPRS/UMTS mobile architecture and operations including  mobile access network and understanding of fixed network
